Positive: I truly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful apartment in Saadiyat. The space is modern, very clean, which made it feel both comfortable and welcoming. The apartment has everything you need for a smooth and relaxing stay, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind. Being close to the beach was a huge plus, and I loved how calm and private the area felt. It really felt like a home away from home, and I would happily stay here again.

A complete lack of service for the price paid. Positive: Upon arrival, we discovered that the dishwasher wasn’t working. We were traveling with two children and had planned to have all our breakfasts and some dinners at home. We informed the owner, sent pictures and videos. We were promised it would be fixed. However, after a week, nothing had been done. A technician was only offered to visit on our last day. We received neither an apology nor any compensation from the owner for the time we had to spend washing dishes ourselves. Additionally, the apartment was rented to us as suitable for 3 adults and a child. But the sofa in the living room doesn’t fold out, and in my opinion, the apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people to sleep comfortably. I also had to make the children’s beds myself. The apartment was not prepared for four people. There were no extra blankets—only throws. For this price, such service is simply unacceptable. On the plus side: the location near the beach and the pleasant interior.
